Job Description

Deevita’s mission to provide excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Deevita is inviting enthusiastic Fresh Graduates or up to 1 year experience as Customer service Executive/Product trainers in supporting a Software Product. Candidates will be trained in our product, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any problems of technical /product nature that our customer may face in using our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and technical assistance to our customers on usage of software, by email, social media or phone
  • Provide full training to customers about product during onboarding both remote & in person until they become active user
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/team CSR targets and goals
  • Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies for the department and company level
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers proactively and excite customer about our products and services

Required Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates of 2018, 2019, Any Diploma or bachelor’s degree, or 0-1 experience. Computer science graduates welcome to apply
  • Academic grades consistently at least 60% and above across school and college
  • Passion towards Customer Service, service excellence
  • Excellent Communication skills, persuasiveness and articulation. Familiarity in both Tamil, English, other languages good to have
  • Beginner level Knowledge of SQL
  • Good knowledge in Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-Commerce customer service roles to assist customers with their orders and related help
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure, handle dissatisfied customers amicably
