Sales Executive (SaaS Product) 

Job Description

Deevita is on a path to change healthcare in India using Technology. We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in Selling Software products, Business Development/Product training and customer on boarding, especially Software as a Service products to business customers, and end customers.


Driving the sales and promotions, to increase overall revenue
Experience in training external (customers and partners) stakeholders on how to use the software - administer, configure, and integrate enterprise software products
Understand customer needs, connect with them, build and manage relationship that drives to new and recurring Sales
Ongoing engagement with customers, coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Marketing, Customer service and Technology to ensure all their needs or met
Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Service delivery (consulting, training) experience with a SaaS company in the enterprise (B2B) space

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Product training or Sales, preferably in Software products or solutions, especially in domestic market
  • Passion towards sales discipline, excellent track record reaching/exceeding set sales targets
  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Should be willing to travel across the city, client locations most of the times
  • Has to have two-wheeler & licence
  • Thirst towards growth & Highly ambitious
  • Bilingual/multilingual is a plus – Must be able to converse in Tamil, English and other languages are great plus
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated aptitude for speaking to both a technical audience and a business user audience.
  • Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented individual who shows initiative and holds themselves accountable.
  • Background in Engineering and/or the SaaS domain.

  • Experience in selling Healthcare related software, or SaaS software
  • A graduate or diploma in pharmaceutical
