Job Description

DeeVita is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resource Executive to help us grow to next stage of having a strong team at Deevita and drive end to end HR and Operation functions. Human resource focus at Deevita is a highly visible position engaging numerous set of responsibilities and gives one wonderful opportunity to exhibit your skills and grow together.  Open for Managerial level roles for suitable candidates.  Executive in this role will handle primarily Talent acquisition efforts both lateral, campus hiring but in addition will have to tackle other responsibilities within HR and Admin

Responsibilities

Full ownership and drive end to end Hiring efforts both on campus and lateral hiring from both market from developing JD, sourcing, interview and onboarding  
Engage with hiring agencies to drive hiring for Senior roles   
Define onboarding and training process for new Employees and drive the onboarding process   
Develop and enforce various policies related to personnel, employee benefits, organization working with management and other stakeholders; prepares, maintains and distributes employee handbook 
Administration of employee’s performance and appraisal process  
Employee development and training program development, management  
Address any routine HR request by employees, manage employee relations, employee communication  
Drive employee engagement ongoing basis to provide holistic view of current happenings to management and partner together with management to drive development activities across the company 
Coordinate hiring efforts in USA on demand basis from offshore  
Drive efforts related to Employees immigration matters (USA) and related arrangements with regard to travel to client locations for both CEO and other senior professionals. This is expected to be occasional and on average expected to be 30% of role’s focus  
Engage with client requirements in USA on staffing and related activities from time to time.  
Engagement with USA clients may require off hour availability and support by email, phone   
Performs other related duties as required and assigned from time to time. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in driving all part of HR and operational functions at Senior level handling different set of HR responsibilities in IT company 
  • MBA from reputed institute with HR /Operations focus
  • Must have strong experience in Hiring for IT roles for 3+ years, preferably in Managerial level position  
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and fluently engage with USA clients. Prior experience in similar position is advantageous 
  • Should have experience in working in handling expenses
  • Must have good working knowledge of Software applications such as database management, word processing, spreadsheet (Microsoft Office), Email /Outlook and calendars 
  • Experience in developing, managing and enforcing various HR related policies and leading end to end HR & Operational responsibilities 
  • Collaborate effectively with others in the company to achieve roles responsibilities   
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business journals, financial reports.
  • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies, contractors or members of the business community. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize effectively and handle different type of tasks effectively 
  • Proactive with good work ethic, Self-motivated, a confident person to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment  

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in handling onsite/USA hiring and other HR roles    
  • Experience in handling immigration matters for USA   
  • Experience in developing and enforcing various HR policies targeting employee development
