Palani is an alumnus of Microsoft and MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) with 19 years of professional experience in developing Software Product, Services, and Technology Solutions related to Data & Analytics in various industries including Technology, Healthcare, Financial, and Payment platform and 15 years of which he has spent in the US.
Palani during his presence at Microsoft for 9 years has held various leadership roles, as a Product/Program Manager led product development in Windows 7, Bing, Bing Mobile, and Xbox. Palani has delivered products and solutions in Big Data, Data Analytics space enabling rich metadata experience for consumers in Windows Media Player in Windows 7, and have enabled data to drive decision making for business and marketing teams across product groups within Microsoft.
Before Microsoft, Palani led and built industry standard Employer Benefit Payment Platform by leading database architecture, design, and development at Med-I-Bank Inc. The product serves the needs of various benefit management programs including HSA, FSA, and various other employer benefit programs in USA. Additionally, Palani has developed products in financial industry related to compliance reporting, forex trading systems.

Palani holds a Master’s degree in Systems Design and Management from MIT, USA, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from Madras University, India and Diploma in Software Development from NIIT (National Institute of Information Technology), India.
Palani lives in Chennai with his wife Jayabarathy Palani, with two lovely kids, a son Vishwesh Palani and a daughter Deethashree Palani. Apart from his time @DeeVita, Palani enjoys time spending with his family, movies, travel and reading books.
