Our Story
Deevita was founded in 2014 in Redmond, WA, with a conviction that healthcare and pharma deserve technology partners who genuinely understand the domain – not just the technology. We started as a data and AI consultancy. Over a decade, the work deepened, the clients became more specific, and the domain expertise accumulated into something most technology firms do not have: hands-on experience built from inside the industry.
Today we operate at the intersection of pharma regulatory AI, pharmacy interoperability, healthcare data architecture, and GxP-compliant cloud systems – serving enterprise clients across the US and global markets. We contribute to writing the FHIR and NCPDP standards our clients must implement. We have built pharmacy platforms serving 600+ pharmacies. We have architected AI systems for pharma product labelling and regulatory compliance at a global pharmaceutical manufacturer. And we built the data infrastructure that powered healthcare benefit administration at Alegeus.

Deevita was founded by Palani Perumal – MIT Sloan graduate, former Microsoft Senior Product Manager with two patents, and builder of PepPill across 600+ pharmacies.
