Experience: 7+ years

Location: Chennai.

Education: B.Tech/BE and related degree in Computer Science, Engineering

Preferred Related Industry Experience (if applicable): Pharma, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Logistics, Digital & Analytics.

DeeVita is looking for a Lead Azure Software Engineer to be part of a passionate team that is building solutions for our strategic enterprise customers.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Design high performance Web Applications, Web APIs to meet various product, customer requirements.
  • Write code using multiple web development languages, primarily HTML, CSS, asp.net and C# to deliver on high quality web apps for Azure cloud.
  • Lead team of Software engineers to delivery on product development objectives
  • Nurture and grow high performing team, align with company goals and deliver high quality results.
  • Design and create user interface layouts and web pages that emphasizes on increased usability.
  • Perform usability tests and analyze the results.
  • Analyze user data to evaluate user interfaces for existing applications and web pages and to identify areas needing improvement.
  • Create prototypes for new product ideas, adopt best practices and new technologies.
  • Test new ideas before implementing.
  • Ensure that project deliverable meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines.
  • Produce high quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Adopt best design and software development practices, develop and implement process improvements to improve overall productivity and quality.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • At least 7+ years of working experience in Software Development building Web Applications, API and in which at least 2+ years in Azure.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in developing applications using C#, MVC, Web API technologies.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in building applications for Azure and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS frameworks such as LESS, SASS, SCSS, CSS libraries such as Bootstrap, Foundation, Semantic UI.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing design.
  • Experience in using JavaScript such as Vuejs, Angular or similar JS libraries.
  • Holding experience with any blue-chip companies or certificates of any blue-chip college.
  • Prefer someone with Azure Certification Experience in Cloud technologies
